Our second mural is simple but still contains that unique twist that we strive for in all of our murals. This unique twist be it in concept, perspective, or color is what sets us apart from many other muralist out there. The idea behind this particular mural took its inspiration from the Aha video "Take on me" in which a girl is pulled between the two worlds of reality and comic. We wanted our mural to be suspended in this sort of state as well... to retain a "sketch" like feel but to allow elements of life (color) to break through.
This mural makes your mind think about what story this mermaid might have. What is she looking at in the distant sea inside the mystical floating door? Is there meaning in that the water is the only element that holds color? The story is up to you, and we love that our mural provides a vehicle for your imagination to work its own magic.
